WARRANTY POLICY & TERMS
This document outlines the official warranty protections, eligibility requirements, and limitations for Nanolink paint protection films (PPF). Nanolink Philippines guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of shipment and throughout the specified coverage periods, provided they are utilized under normal conditions and maintained according to official guidelines.
Warranty Eligibility
To validate the warranty, the original purchaser must fulfill the following requirements:
-
Online Registration: Registration must be completed on the Nanolink website within 30 days of the purchase date.
-
Proof of Purchase: A signed dealer invoice is required to establish the commencement date of the warranty.
-
Non-Transferability: This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser. Coverage is rendered void if the vehicle is sold or transferred to a new owner.
Coverage Periods
Nanolink Philippines provides tiered warranty durations based on the specific product series installed:
Next-Gen Series: 15 Years
Hyper Off-Road Series: 12 Years
Competition Series: 10 Years
Super / Matte / Ultra Carbon Series: 8 Years
Sport Series: 5 Years
Scope of Coverage
-
Protected Defects: The warranty specifically covers product failure manifesting as yellowing, cracking, bubbling, blistering, or delamination.
-
Resolution Protocol: In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, Nanolink Philippines will provide replacement film only. Should a specific product be discontinued, a comparable alternative will be provided at no additional cost.
-
Claims Process: The owner must fill out the warranty registration form via the QR code indicated on the box of their Nanolink paint protection film. This must be completed and duly submitted on the day of release of their vehicle from the respective shop. The customer no longer has to show any hard copy certificate or proof of purchase thereabouts.
Limitations and Exclusions
This warranty is restricted to manufacturing integrity and does not extend to the following:
-
Installation Quality: Aesthetic blemishes or errors resulting from the application process are the sole responsibility of the installer. Any visual defects identified prior to installation should be reported to the distributor immediately.
-
Unauthorized Service: Coverage is void if the film is installed by an individual or facility not authorized by a Nanolink distributor.
-
Environmental & Physical Damage: Failure resulting from accidents, road debris, misuse, or neglect of prescribed maintenance is not covered.
-
Natural Degradation: Slight shifts in transparency, gloss, or minor edge lifting due to long-term climatic exposure are considered normal aging and are excluded.
-
Self-Healing Properties: The efficacy of self-healing features will naturally diminish over time due to standard wear and tear.
-
Improper Application: Use on non-automotive surfaces or non-clearcoated finishes is prohibited.
Professional Storage Standards
To ensure peak performance, uninstalled film must be stored in a vertical orientation under controlled conditions: a temperature of 20°C (± 2°C) and a relative humidity of
50% (± 5%). Nanolink Philippines assumes no liability for performance loss resulting from improper storage.
